Manager: Forensic Investigation :
Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Audit Executive, the Manager: Forensic Investigation will manage the provision of investigative assurance and consulting by implementing and managing detection, prevention and
investigation process.

Requisite Functional Competencies
• Computer Literacy in (MS Office).
• Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting.
• Knowledge and understanding of Public Finance Management Act.
• Knowledge of corporate government principles.
• Knowledge of risk management concepts, frameworks, and methodology.
• Knowledge and experience in Forensic testing.
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with criminal procedures and economic crimes.
• Experience in investigatory interviewing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
• Create and implement long, medium and short-term plans to achieve business unit’s objectives and goals.
• Manage and execute investigation projects.
• Update investigation log monthly and submit to Chief Audit Executive.
• Report on investigation outcome by preparing reports to various committees.
• Provide prosecution support and evidence to Line Managers at disciplinary and CCMA hearings.
• Establish and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Human Resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal / Commerce.
• Post Graduate qualification in investigations.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
• At least ten (10) years forensic audit / investigation experience with a minimum of four (4) years management experience in investigation.
• Proven track record / demonstrated experience and performance in the field of different investigation types and management of multiple assignments.
• Experience in working with stakeholders within the profession.
• Professional registration with ACFE/ICFP.
• Valid Driver’s License with own vehicle.
